In the past few years, I’ve been going through a deep personal transformation that has led me to a path of deeper connection to myself and my surroundings.
I’ve traveled the world, I have lived in 5 cities in 3 different continents and visited more than 92 cities in 6 continents, only missing Antarctica. I love all the cultures I’ve been able to learn from and the experiences I’ve had. The journey continues but now I have a purpose.
I’m the co-founder of Suāhā, an organization that seeks to bring influential voices in the environment and conscience space to a LATAM audience, through unique experiences with the purpose of inspiring more conscious societies. I design experiences and create content to mobilize communities and inspire systemic changes by educating about environmental problems and solutions at hand.
I founded and was the Editor-in-Chief of the online and print magazine Hayo, focused on travel, arts and culture, and winner of two national awards in Canada as "Best Niche Magazine in the Country" by the Association of Canadian Magazines in 2 consecutive years. The magazine was distributed in more than 10 countries in bookstores such as Barnes & Noble, specialty print shops, galleries, museums and collectibles stores.
I am a storyteller by trade and a designer of experiences, face-to-face and virtual, with which I always seek to tell a story that remains in the minds of those who experience it. Now I focus on using my experience in storytelling, concept creation, immersive events, communications and creative content, to educate and raise awareness on climate change issues. I focus, above all, on combating apathy, misinformation and lack of understanding about what is happening on our planet today.
